Unsere 2020 renovierte Ferienwohnung hat von Früh bis Spät Sonne. Sie liegt direkt im Ski- und Wandergebiet Meran 2000. Sie befinden sich auf einer Meereshöhe von über 1900 m. D.h. im Sommer wandern Sie gleich los. Picknicken oder kehren in eines der Gasthäuser ein. Im Winter starten Sie vor dem Haus mit den Ski, dem Snowboard oder dem Schlitten. Oder aber Sie chillen - genießen den traumhaften Bergblick, die reine Luft, Natur pur und entspannen! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. - TV geht auch!

Charming design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Spacious, newly renovated apartment on the last floor of a fin-de-siècle villa. Build in 1907, Villa "Sonnblick" (engl.: sunny view) is one of the most beautiful buildings on Mount Zeno. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
