We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. Place was great. It was in middle of forests. Great place for anyone who wants to spend quality time in nature. Rooms were very spacious and also had open space attached. I really liked the balcony anyone who likes doing yoga will love this as in morning you will hear whispers of birds and peacock. Around house there was lane you can walk .. overall I really liked the place.
