Luxury property great location!

VFT/GR/10825 Fantastic and large luxury apartment on the top floor. Only 5 minutes from the beach. 160m2 + 35m2 terrace 2 double bedrooms. One double bed and two individual beds stuck together. 2 large bathrooms + guest bathroom. There is also a third room (office) which can be used as a bedroom. Fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment will be ready with all the amenities you may need for a perfect stay in paradise. Always available for any recommendations or questions.

Underbar lägenhet i Ladera Del Mar - Nerja!

I ett av Nerjas bättre lägen i Ladera del Mar finner ni denna underbara lägenhet med hög standard och fantastisk Medelhavsutsikt. Ute på terrassen är dagarna oändliga, med unikt solläge långt utöver kvällen och med en ständig doft av blommor och hav. Två fina sovrum samt dubbla badrum. AC med kyla och värme i sovrummen och vardagsrum. Tv med internationella (även svenska) kanaler samt high-speed wifi. Fint poolområde öppet säsong ca apr-okt. Välkommen att njuta av en underbar semester!

The apartment is located in the historical village center on the second floor of a two apartments house. No hills between sea, main squere and the house. Experience the Spanish vibe firsthand. It is designed to provide all comfort of modern living while keeping its traditional charm. Apartment is on pedestrian street so no car noise. Car unload is just 15m away and no hills to climb. To village centar It is just 100m and another 50 m to the sea. Apartment features a brand new kitchen.

A beautiful air conditioned apartment set above the village in the oldest part of town. Only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful with stunning views and birdsong. Well positioned and designed to keep cool through summer. Use of host's pool and garden next door. Easy access to mountain walks. Private terrace with stunning views. Parking nearby. Yoga lovers welcome. There are cats in the outside areas but they do not go inside. VTAR/GR/02051
