This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Sommerhuset ligger i et roligt og fredeligt område, med smuk natur. Børnene kan enten gynge, hoppe på trampolin eller spille bold på den store græsplæne. Bålfad forefindes også. En tur til stranden tager kun 10 min på gåben. Der er den mest fantastiske solnedgang hver aften omkring kl 2030-2100 som bedst ses fra stranden.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The main room has high ceiling and, the style is clean and modern. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex with two single beds, (annex have electric heater) The house is ideal for a bigger or 2 families. (No young groups for parties/festival). Sauna will be charged for electric use.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
