Το περιτειχισμένο συγκρότημα τριών βιλών έχει προτεραιότητα την πολυτέλεια & ιδιωτικότητα.

Urania Villa Rhea: Exclusive Private Escape

Urania Villa Rhea is an exquisite 2-bedroom villa offering a refined blend of comfort and luxury. The villa features a stunning saltwater Jacuzzi/pool, perfect for relaxation, set amidst outdoor spaces that provide breathtaking views of neighbor islands and Ionian sea. Both bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort. One boasts a Hamam-inspired bathroom, while the other includes a Jacuzzi bathtub. Each room is equipped with premium twin beds that seamlessly convert into a spacious double bed.

De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.

Set amidst a small old settlement, lies this house along with its twin FOS. Overlooking the impressive Afales Bay, the house has a relaxing feeling and a subtle elegance. During the day a refreshing breeze is flowing around, in the evenings the scent of jasmine fills the air. This top quality house is ideal for people seeking the calmness of nature and the simplicity of village life, while enjoying modern amenities. The archeological site "Homer's School" is situated nearby.

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.
