It's amazing, a huge lake it's really beautiful and not too far away from Varkala, and if you anyway want to stay away from hustle and bustle, I can highly recommend to stay here for everyone who wants a peaceful stay to really relax and come into a state of serenity within. The 1350 sft flat + 450 SFt covered terrace is on the first floor ( not ground ).Right in the heart of the city, in a very safe, well-connected leafy locality at a modest price. The building is hardly 1.5 kms from intl. airport, 2.8 kms from dom. airport , 1.2 kms from Railway stn, 2 kms to Attukal Temple , 550 meters from Padmanabha swamy temple. The building has ample parking space and is connected to the NH bypass( 300 meters) with access to Technopark( 10 kms) and Kovalam (10 kms).
