Apartman Relax je pažljivo uređen stan, klimatiziran, smješten u neposrednoj blizini centra grada na 7. katu stambene zgrade. Sastoji se od manje spavaće sobe i otvorenog prostora: kuhinja s blagovaonom i dnevnim boravkom. Dnevni boravak opremljen je trosjedom na razvlačenje, SMART TV-om s MaxTV i HBO kanalima, te besplatnim optičkim internetom. U kupaonici su na raspolaganju sušilo za kosu, perilica rublja, walk-in tuš sa ugrađenim Sunshower infracrvenim panelom koji pruža doživljaj saune.

Ugodan stan u Varaždinu-besplatan parking

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u blizini svih sadržaja. Centar grada je udaljen 10 minuta hoda, željeznička stanica je udaljena 5 minuta hoda. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe (bračni krevet), kuhinje, kupaonice, ostave i velike terase. Opremljen za ugodan boravak na kraće, ali i duže vrijeme. Mogućnost smještaja i treće osobe na kauč. U stanu je dostupan 5G brzi internet. U objektu se nalazi prijenosni krevet za bebe. Prostor je klimatiziran. Imamo prostor za sigurno čuvanje Vaših bicikla.

Apartma Zemljanka - Earth House

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Beautiful 2bed apartment in the centre of Varazdin

A beautifully renovated apartment within a listed building located in the centre of Varaždin old town. The apartment is located in a quiet street, yet the main squares, cafes, restaurants, bars and city amenities are all within a few short metres stroll. There are lots of things to do and places to visit in and around Varaždin, such as the Spancirfest, festival of food and music usually held in late August. Apartman u Varaždinu, opremljen za ugodan i opuštajući boravak. TV, WiFi, klima... Apartman ima spavaću sobu s bračnim krevetom i kvalitetan ležaj na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku. Opremljena kuhinja (aparat za kavu,štednjak, kuhalo za vodu, hladnjak, perilica suđa) sa stolom za blagovanje. U kupaonici se nalaze tuš kabina, sanitarni čvor, perilica rublja, sušilica rublja i sušilo za kosu. Apartman se nalazi u stambenoj zgradi, na drugom katu. Oko 15 min šetnje do centra Varaždina.

Ovaj moderno opremljeni apartman od 33 m² idealan je za do 3 osobe. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatnom grijalicom, dnevnog boravka s kaučem na razvlačenje, kuhinje s indukcijskom pločom, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, perilicom posuđa i perilicom za veš. Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.

Lovely flat, City center, with free parking

Apartment "Dublin" is a perfect place for a couple or single person. It is located in the city centre, in a detached house consisting of 2 apartments, each with separate entrance. There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
