Casa antiga completamente remodelada, inaugurada no dia 15 de junho de 2018. À semelhança da Cork Oak tree House, a Cork Oak Tree House 2 está inserida numa pequena quinta familiar rodeada de vinhedos e adegas com vinhos de excelência da região de Alenquer e Torres Vedras (capital europeia do vinho em 2018). Em pleno campo, está, contudo, perto de auto-estradas, hipermercados, de Lisboa, das praias do Oeste (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche e Nazaré) e de pontos turísticos a visitar (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima e Santarém). Tal como já foi referido por um hóspede: "In the middle of nowhere but close enough to everything".

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Renovated, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and desk, the other with two single beds, a kitchen-diner, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a front yard and a garden with a terrace. Mini-market 3 min walk away. Motorway 2 min away [slightly noticeable outside]. Rio Maior and Santarém can be reached in 15 minutes. The coast and the beautiful beaches of Foz do Arelho are 35 minutes away. Peniche is 40 minutes away, Nazaré is 45 minutes away, and Lisbon Airport is 50 minutes away.
