Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

Kivenheiton päässä kaupungin sykkeestä merenrannan äärellä sijaitseva 47m2 puutalokaksio. Rentoudu vaikkapa koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Makuupaikkoja on jopa kuudelle, sillä makuuhuoneen lisäksi olohuoneeseen saa 4 petiä. Olohuoneessa on myös pikku työpöytä. Keittiössä perusastiasto ja ruoanlaittovälineet sekä pesuaineet. Kylpyhuoneessa wc, suihku ja pyykkikone sekä peseytymisaineet. Ulkoilumahdollisuudet, uimahalli, ranta virkistymiseen.

Unique, beautiful old house in a peaceful quarter, close to the city center. The house is built in early 20th century and is newly renovated. The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. All services, including the train station are within a few minutes walking distance. The house is a part of our home, so we kindly request all guests to treat it with respect.

Stugan ligger naturskönt på Norrbacken invid skogen. Inom tre km radie finns simstrand, vandrings- och cykelleder och "meteoritkratern" Söderfjärden där tusentals tranor mellanlandar vårar och höstar. Norrbacken är en idyllisk backe med små gårdar, skogsstigar och lite trafik. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer. Vi välkomnar gäster från alla delar av världen och kan kommunicera på engelska vid behov.

Beautiful and cosy apartment of 110 m2 near the center of Vaasa. To the center 650 meters and to the seaside 400 meters. Free parking in nearby streets. The whole apartment is available for the guests. We can accommodate 8 persons, 6 in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room (a sofa bed). The beds are ready made. The apartment has an electric sauna and a cooling air heat pump (air conditioner) with remote control in the living room.

Asunto on juuri remontoitu kauttaaltaan. 1950-luvulla rakennetussa talossa asuu rauhallista porukkaa ja vaikka asunto on katutasossa, kadun äänet eivät kuulu sisälle. Sopii hyvin 1-4 henkilölle. Asunnosta löytyy kaksi sänkyä sekä levitettävä vuodesohva 1-2 henkilölle. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp,frys, micro,spis,kaffekokare, vattenkokare och wifi finns Precis utanför tomten finns bussförbindelse till Vasa. 100m till närmsta butik.
