The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Charming COUNTRY farm house dates back to pre-civil war times, this evident by the beautiful wood work, beautiful wide plank floors. Large yard that is perfect for the kids or dog to run & play. This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. You have the entire house to yourself & your party. We are close if you need us but we value your privacy! *Please read pet policy carefully*

We have a large open concept living, kitchen, and dinning area. We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. Located near the NYS Thruway!

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

2027 Summer Bookings open 10/1, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for schedule. “Allstar Village” schedule does not align with us. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Why stay at a hotel when you and your family could stay at this updated ranch style home. This is in a peaceful neighborhood with a private yard. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) each with Roku TV's. The third bedroom was converted to office space in case you want to work with privacy.
