Perfect location for travelers—close to I-15 and Highway 6/89. Quiet community not meant for loud parties. Private entrance 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom located in a family home with young kids, including an infant. You may hear noise from us sporadically but mostly if we are downstairs. This Pet Friendly, two bedroom basement apartment is located on a peaceful culdesac with its own private driveway and entrance! We have all the things! Toys, digital piano, built in desks, snacks, and minky blankets! You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spot! Less than 2 miles from Provo River trail and Murdock Canal trail and just 15 min. from Sundance ski resort! We are also about 15 min from BYU and UVU. And only 20 min. from the now expanding Provo Airport.

Our space is the perfect home away from home. It is a quaint place, yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. ***The basement of this house is rented as well so please be aware that you may hear noise from other people. Their space Is completely blocked off so you will not have any interaction with them. ***This house is located near a main road which may cause some noise. QUIET HRS: 10pm-7am There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room.

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

Such a great location. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Very safe. Sorry, no events or parties. Sleeps 6 people. 1-bedroom with loft. 3 total beds. Private pickleball court. Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!

Cozy place with amazing mountains

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
