This self-standing cottage is spacious, (66 sq m) peaceful & charming. Situated within the quiet, green suburb of Glenwood with coffee shops, yoga/pilates facilities & is close to amenities & shops. It's not far from the beach & large shopping malls. The cottage has a queen size bed, air-conditioner, ensuite shower & loo, fitted kitchen, DSTV (all channels), Wifi & secure off-street parking. Private..Recently renovated. Parking garage (remote operated). Incredibly central for all activities in Durban (5 minutes to beach, stadium, Florida rd)…Walk to restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, double bed with aircon, Wifi, tv with Disney+. Inverter for loadshedding. Solar powered geyser=amazing shower. Separate changeroom&workstation. Beautiful private outside area filled with fruit trees/shade. (For + 4 days: Room serviced every 4 days. Personal washing on request)

Margaret's Place

A one bedroom flat with separate bathroom. 2 single beds which can be joined together if need be. Simple but comfortable. Bathroom has a shower - small and clean. Parking in the driveway directly outside the flat entrance. Flat is along side a family home and guests are welcome to join us in the garden and use the pool with prearranged permission.
