The Pool House Escape

Relax on the outskirts of town. This property sits on the same property as our home, but is a separate unit (pool house). We are away from all the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to not miss out on any events. about 3mi from the UIUC. Close to a grocery store (Aldi), Walmart and a great family friendly brewery (Riggs). Guests have access to the fenced-in backyard along with the usage of pool (May-Sept). We have floats and beach towels. Free on street parking, And coded entry.

Great home to unwind & 15 minutes from anywhere in Champaign/Urbana. Also 15 minutes from the University of Illinois. Great place for parents of students looking to visit children attending U of I etc. This is a great home for family and friends to visit and enjoy the space, the quiet, and the enjoyment of a wonderful small town. In general, the pool will be open and operational from Memorial day to Labor day. Please check on the status or I will try to accomodate outside those dates.

Fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, with all the essentials. Everything you would need towels, hangers bath essentials and a commute around the CU area is always less than 15 min in any direction.
