Enjoy all the best that Dallas has to offer in this charming home in the trendy State-Thomas neighborhood in Uptown. Wake up refreshed with gourmet coffee at the Alcove cafe across the street, then go explore the neighborhood and many nearby parks. After you are done exploring, dine at one of the many renown restaurants in the neighborhood or grab a drink at Dallas's hippest cocktail lounge, Parliament.
Spacious layout, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hi-speed Wi-Fi, SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, Espn+, and private 2-car garage. Centrally located and close to everything!

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. The upstairs master also has a super comfy pull out sofa queen bed.
A queen size auto-inflate mattress is available as well. It is 22" deep and can easily fit 2 person. Let us know before arrival so that we can set it up!
You will have full access to our entire home, including access to a private-attached two car garage.

The neighborhood boasts a Walk Score of 90, a stone's throw away from Whole Foods and great restaurants and bars. Nearby parks include Griggs Park, Sammons Park, and Klyde Warren Park. Centrally located to everything, you can walk or use the M line trolley to get around uptown and downtown for free. Uber is available and convenient or you can also drive and park in the home’s attached 2 car garage. Rental bikes and scooters are also scattered throughout the State and Thomas neighborhood.
The *free* McKinney Avenue Trolley is a few blocks away. It can take you all around Uptown for free. Uber and Lyft is also available.
