The entire property is included w/ your cottage rental; 1.1 acres, 800 ft of lake shoreline, a dock, a pier, a sunset deck, a social pavilion, waterfront hot-tub. Our beautiful cottage for adults only is set on a private spring fed pond with all amenities to unwind from the day-to-day hustle. A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
