Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this cozy ground level duplex unit offers one-bedroom, one-bathroom with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. The exterior covered front porch welcomes you with a swing bed. Wall-mounted TVs in the bedroom and living room are connected to Netflix. Guests enjoy shared access to the hot tub, laundry room, fire ring and parking.

Countryside apartment near Appalachian foothills

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.
