With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Private entry, Mother in law suite. It is a small space, one room, updated, in a safe and comfortable beach community. The space is located in the Upham Beach area walking distance to the beach. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties or gatherings. Two bikes and beach equipment on sight.
