This 1890's second story apartment is located in Downtown Saginaw, offering comfort, privacy, and character. This newly refurbished apartment features tall windows, high ceilings, and original wood flooring. This apartment becomes a cozy retreat with its large private balcony! It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions!

It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
