It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

El apartamento tiene 45 m2 En la planta principal tenemos un loft con el salón-comedor y la pequeña cocina, al fondo el baño. En la planta superior habitación abuhardillada de madera con cama de matrimonio y salida a la terraza de 15 m2 con mesa y sillas donde poder comer o tomar un aperitivo. La entrada, el apartamento y la terraza son independientes. Aunque la entrada sea autónoma siempre estamos para lo que podáis necesitar. Sólo se admite una mascota, si viajáis con mas preguntadme antes!!

Gracias al autobús y al metro hay una conexión muy fluida, rápida y sencilla con el centro de la ciudad. Punto oficial de recogida alquiler de bicicletas de "BiciMadrid" a 100m del apartamento. Te permite ir en bicicleta por todo Madrid.

Inmediatamente al salir hay caminos agradables por el campo, se puede llegar a un arroyo en 25 minutos caminando. o en bicicleta, entre pinos, encinas y fresnos. Es el entorno del Parque Regional del Curso Medio del Rio Guadarrama. A 500m del apartamento hay un centro comercial con dos supermercados, restaurantes etc. La Universidad Europea se encuentra a 4 kilómetros.
