The backyard borders a scenic waterfront park & is a 4 minute stroll to the lake, marina, supervised swimming area, playground & walking trails. Perfectly situated to provide a peaceful base to explore downtown Ithaca, campus (15 mins) and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. A new platform sofa bed provides a comfortable 2nd sleeping area.

Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.
