The Rocks Studio

Just an hour from Melbourne, The Rocks Studio is the perfect redoubt from the city grind. Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. As well, far from city lights, The Rocks is a star gazers paradise. An hour from Melbourne– a million miles from care.

Dale View Luxury Eco Accommodation

Leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind. This beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom retreat is perfect for couples and has everything you need to enjoy a stay in this beautiful region. Located on 110 acres of rolling hills just over an hour from Melbourne, it's the perfect place to relax and experience some peace and tranquility. Dale View is well hidden from the road, as you sweep up the driveway you will see kangaroos, birds and gum trees as the property unfolds in front of you.

Strawbale Cottage - Wingspread Garden

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Self contained, off grid cottage in the valley of a thousand hills. Perfect for couples, the cottage offers spectacular mountain views. The property features a courtyard with wood fired hot tub & private access. The strawbale cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee pod machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Tea, coffee, towels, robes, bed linen are provided.

Creek View Cottage - Flowerdale

Enjoy the serenity at our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage, nestled on the banks of the tranquil King Parrot Creek. With a crackling fire, comfortable couch, and a stylish kitchen overlooking the creek, our cottage is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. Sit on the porch and watch the birds, maybe even spot a kangaroo or wombat! Enjoy drinks and nibbles by the creek or gather around the fire pit (fire restrictions permitting) for some marshmallow toasting and stargazing.

The Farmhouse

Located a short and scenic 1 hour drive North of Melbourne, the Farmhouse located at Glenaroua, is your rural home away from home. With 3 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests and 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We are located on a working farm with sheep and cattle. Guests can walk the property anytime, enjoying the beautiful rolling hills and creeks that run through it. We look forward to welcoming you to our rural paradise.

Jocks Cabin is fully self contained, 2 bedrooms..1x queen bed and 2x single beds, on 15 acres overlooking our cabernet vines. Tathra Valley View is a free-standing MicroHome located towards the rear of the Tathra Farmstays property with landscaped gardens and sweeping 180-degree views across the Flowerdale Valley. This is a getaway for two adults and cannot accommodate any children. Located 500 metres east of the Tathra Homestead, "Tathra Valley View" is a cosy, ultra-modern, luxury, off-grid farm stays set amongst the paddocks.
