The Little Black Cabin (LBC) offers the perfect balance between rustic and lux. We remodeled this cabin with the goal to create a space where you can reconnect with nature while simultaneously indulging in pure comfort. It's a space designed to inspire, and to revitalize your mind, body and spirit - A place where you can chop wood, take a walk, light a fire, sit and relax under the stars, or enjoy a hot tub, cold plunge, or Finnish-style handmade sauna - We welcome you to The Little Black Cabin.

One of a kind modern lux cabin, tucked away on 18 acres with 400ft of creek front, private pond, hot tub, guest cabin & game cabin. A true off the grid experience just 5 minutes to Prompton Lake, 12 minutes to Hawley & Honesdale, 20 mins from Elk mountain & Montage, 25 mins to Lake Wallenpaupake, 1 hour from other ski mountains. Come relax, float, kayak, enjoy the stars. *note this home is not meant for parties, This is a quiet cabin in the woods. Propane tank back up not included. Thank you!

Nestled in the Catskills Forest, less than 2 hrs from NYC, you'll find Birch Ridge A-frame! This gorgeous 2-bedroom cabin is set on 7 private acres with hiking areas and a seasonal stream. Enjoy the wall of windows that creates a magical stay with breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to relax, sit in the barrel sauna, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the fire, and soak up the sounds of nature. Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.
