Welcome to Villa Aurora, a peaceful and spacious 4-bedroom villa in beautiful Sardinia, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Villa Aurora features 4 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom: 3 with king-size beds and 1 with twin beds. Enjoy the spacious open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen with beautiful sea views. Outside, you’ll find a large garden, BBQ area, private swimming pool and whirlpool (not heated). The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

La casa Banano vede il mare, ha una piscina privata e sul retro un cortile con piante di banano e un barbecue. Gli spazi esterni sono arredati per pranzare e prendere il sole a bordo piscina. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli, a scelta. il living è spazioso e fornito di un camino, due comodi letti divano e un tavolo da pranzo. Dispone di un angolo cottura attrezzato di tutto, 4 fuochi a induzione forno lavastoviglie e frigo. lo stazzo è dotato di 1 Bagno e armadi spaziosi.

Casa con giardino indipendente: grande sala, cucina con tutti comfort, due camere da letto (una doppia e una singola), ampio bagno con doccia. Ideale per tre persone, amanti degli animali (nel giardino vivono un pastore e due gatti). Non adatto ai bimbi dai 2 ai 10 anni a causa di piccoli laghetti nella proprietà. Mare d'incanto a 5 minuti da casa. Consigliata la macchina per raggiungere Cagliari e le meravigliose spiagge del sud Sardegna. Nell'altra ala vive la proprietaria, privacy totale.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo al centro della baia di Genn'e e mari. Immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea, l' abitazione si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti dal Centro commerciale completo di market, ristorante, pizzeria, bar. Disposta su un solo piano, comoda e luminosa gode di una bella vista sulla baia. La posizione consente di visitare le più belle spiaggie della costa sud est della Sardegna. Dista in auto a 15 min. da Villasimius e 35 min. da Cagliari.
