From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Our wooden chalets were built by regional craftsmen and offer you unique views of the Klostertal and the mountains of the Brandnertal. A cozy nest to enjoy small moments and to experience great adventures. Ideal location for for skiing, mountainbiking, hiking and relaxing. Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
