The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Welcome to LuckyUs farm! Great location four miles from TIEC, sightseeing, waterfall hikes, antiquing, shopping or just being lazy. Property is fenced and gated. There is parking. Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise. There is an bunkhouse with a queen bed, no bath which is a separate building next to the carport. Massage chair in bunkhouse. 50 $ pet fee.
