Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Village location ideal for exploring the area’s many historic and fascinating sites, including Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. Nearby train stations. One well-behaved dog is welcome (please ask before bringing 2 dogs). Front and back gardens with seating, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars. Wi-fi. A warm welcome awaits all guests, with the convenience of self check-in and check-out.

In a quiet location next to magnificent gothic St Mary's Church, with its blue clock face, this handsome home blends seamlessly a wealth of period features with modern design. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly built in 2024 Glamping Pod, perfect for a couples romantic get away. Set in the countryside with a private hot tub on our working family farm. Through the summer months Doris, Delilah and Dora our Highland cows may come to the fence for a head scratch too. Situated close to the World Heritage city of Bath, only a 100m stroll to the Kennet & Avon Canal and less than half an hour to Longleat House and Safari

Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
