Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Please note that our apartment is situated on a slight incline. Additionally, kindly take caution as you plan your visit to the Arctic region, where roads may be covered with ice and snow. Relax together with family or friends in this peaceful place. This apartment is located close to the the ocean and is surrounded by majestic mountains. Cozy apartment on the ground floor in a private house. Quiet area. Private entrance. One bedroom with queen size bed (150), and another bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm). Combined living area and kitchen. 30 minutes by car (27 km) from Tromsø airport (Langnes).

All inclusive. towel etc. Fresh, cold drinking water from the tap. 1 min to bus stop. 5 min bus to the city centre. 15 minute walk to the city centre. By agreement and fee of 300 NOK possibility to use sauna with snow bath. One double bed 120 meters wide and the other 140. For bookings after 24.11.25. A free bacalao meal or one fish cake meal for free, if desired, for stays over three days.

Leiligheten befinner seg i et trygt og rolig område på toppen av Tromsøya, med fantastisk utsiket over Kvaløyfjellene. Gangavstand til sentrum (20min.), 5 min. til matbutikk og 3 min. til buss til flyplass/sentrum. Om vinteren er en skiløype lett tilgjengelig samt muligheter får å oppleve nordlys.
