It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed. The host made sure and kept in mind all the little details for our comfort, bathroom has a full closet of extra fresh towels, extra toiletries etc kitchen was also equipped with every item we needed. Bodil and Elise are so sweet and helpful. Thank you both for the lovely stay.

Great friendly host in an incredible location. We found lots of peaceful areas nearby to walk in the snow. We rented but there are many easy ways to reach the town centre whether by foot or public transportation. Sauna was lovely and the apartment is even cleaner and nicer than the photos. Would recommend for a lovely cozy holiday! :)

We had a great time at the Airbnb, Torbjørn and his wife are really great hosts. It was a cozy place we always felt lucky to come back to.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Tromsø und haben und bei Giæver sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war groß genug, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles war wie beschrieben da. Giæver hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Nice apartment to explore both Tromsö and the surrounding. Well located to reach the airport with 20 min by bus or the other way Tromsö city centre. Bus station infront of the house. The apartment is very spacious one big sleeping room, one big living room, one kitchen unfortunately with window and the best a bathroom with sauna. The later is nice if you come home in the winter from Tromsö or after chasing northern lights at night! Might be even better in the future when repartition on the pool are finished. We enjoyed our 2 days and can really recommend it.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. It is very closed to the bus station and the sauna makes the whole place perfect. Definitely recommend!

Our stay with Said was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, he treated us like royalty. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport, taking us to the swimming complex, and even personally ensuring we had a seamless transition to our next apartment. 💚 Said’s hospitality was unmatched—warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. And let’s not forget the apartment itself: a toasty 30 degrees inside! 🏝️ ☀️ It made us momentarily forget we were in a northern country 😆😎 He made us feel completely at home and cared for every step of the way. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Said was an exceptional host! Friendly & communicative, he even sent a driver to collect me from the airport & take me to get groceries before dropping me at the doorstep as my flight arrived on a Sunday evening when public transport is limited. 5* host!! The apartment is stylish & comfortable with a beautiful view, I saw the northern lights from the front porch! It is a little way from the city, but the bus stop is very close by & public transport is easy to navigate (Said recommended the transport app “Svipper”) beautiful city. Would highly recommend. 😊

Per is the best host ever❤️ He was super friendly and caring, and responded very quickly. All the suggestions he provided is really accurate and I had the best time in Trømso. The place is very cozy and clean with everything we needed. We can even see northern lights outside the room as well! Greatly recommended to everyone who is visiting Trømso.

Die Unterkunft war super schön mit viel Liebe im Detail. Man konnte immer schreiben wenn man Fragen hatte und er hat auch immer schnell geantwortet. Und die Lage war super schön. Direkt am Meer, es sah aus wie gemalt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und habe es auch schon Freunden empfohlen. Es war eine super Erfahrung die ich nie vergessen werde :)

This place was absolutely spectacular! it's on a road that has ample buses going to downtown, the airport, everywhere you could imagine! Location couldn't have been better and the views were superb! felt right at home and Nadine was super responsive to any questions we had. The sauna and hot tub were delightful and just overall felt like we were in a home. I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Will absolutely be staying here should I return to Tromsø (which I hope to!) Definitely book this place if you can!

Wonderful apartment, highly recommended. Light and airy and south facing so it gets the sun with nice views over the town and the fjord. Well appointed and comfortable, lovely comfortable bed. Easy to access, the local bus from the airport stops very close. Great location for an easy walk to the centre of Tromso. Quiet. You can’t go wrong. Great communication from Tor Andre.

Es war perfekt! Das Haus war sauber und es hatte sehr viel Ausstattung. Qualität hatte ein hohe Niveau. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Keine Nachbarn und super Sauna. Leider war der Jacuzzi nicht in betrieb… Kontakt war immer super. Ich habe mich verliebt in diese Unterkunft! Vielen Dank Truls!

Le logement est absolument parfait. Nous avons vécu une expérience unique grâce a ce logement. La vue est extraordinaire. La réalité du lieu est encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. La cuisine est impeccable et dispose d’absolument tout ce dont on a besoin. Même un appareil pour faire la mousse de lait. Nous étions 6 et jamais nous nous sommes sentis entassés, le logement est très ouvert et spacieux. L’attention aux détails, aux matériaux de construction nobles, à la décoration ou aux plantes y amène une énergie unique… on s’y sent bien. le calme qui y règne est une autre grande qualité du logement. Qui plus est, la communication avec les propriétaires a été hyper efficace, rapide et précise. Ils sont d’une grande gentillesse. Je ne peux pas un conseiller ce logement, il est l’un des meilleurs que j’ai expérimenté sur Airbnb et je n’irais ailleurs sous aucun prétexte si je revenais à Tromsø

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Jarl war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was updated and had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we needed, like snowshoes! Evelyn and Jim told us when the lights were visible and the house was a perfect place to see them.

Innika's house is really beautiful and spacious. We were there as a big family and enjoyed our time in the house. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, toilets were clean and kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare vegetarian meals. We were able to spot a streak of northern light from the parking one night. Also, we enjoyed the Sauna which Innika has installed. The trip to Tromso city was only 40 minutes by car, despite the roads being completely covered with snow during our time of Stay. We loved our experience and would definitely come back here.

The check-in process was very clearly explained, down to the details. I had accidentally listed one person too few, but the owner personally came by to bring us extra bedding. He was extremely friendly and helpful!!! The only problem was that we had two cars, but only one parking space was available. We didn’t expect it to be difficult to find parking nearby — but it actually was. In my opinion an accommodation meant for 8 people, one parking space is not enough.

Staying in Heidi’s home was an amazing experience. From the very first moment, we felt at home and were gifted a welcome basket which included, among other things, a bucket and spade for my 3 year old grandson, which he absolutely loved. Even before our arrival, communication with Heidi was excellent - she responded quickly to any questions - always ready to assist and happy to provide suggestions for activities and excursions. The house itself provides everything needed for a perfect holiday - a modern, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern clean bathrooms, on both levels, and the best features of all are the two large picture windows, ideal for watching the ships, boats, wildlife and the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Simply amazing.
