La pace, la vista del lago sia dal terrazzo che dal giardino rendono questo luogo unico. Siviano è il posto più tranquillo su un'isola che ha delle caratteristiche molto particolari: le auto private non possono sbarcare, si possono affittare biciclette , usare il bus pubblico e soprattutto scoprirla a piedi. Per fare la spesa bisogna salire per stradine che portano al paese dove si trovano alcuni negozietti. LE SPESE DI PULIZIA(70 E.), DI RISCALDAMENTO E DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA SI PAGANO IN LOCO

Baitì Villa Franzoni

Perfetta per turismo sportivo, per famiglie e gruppi di amici che vogliono stare insieme in un ambiente informale ma attrezzato. La casa non ha confinanti e gode di una splendida vista sul paesino delle prealpi Orobie dove è situata (Ossimo Inferiore). E' un'ottima tappa per motociclisti o ciclisti che amano percorrere Passi montani (Presolana e Tonale) o le vie pensate per le mountain bike. Molti i rifugi che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi su sentieri ben segnalati (San Fermo, Laeng ecc).

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.
