Quiet, peaceful, and full of nature describe this adorable barndominium. Settled in the middle of a 27 acre homestead, it provides the "away from it all" feeling that everyone needs. Enjoy gazing at the enormous sky for star gazing or settle into the front porch chairs to watch the brilliant sunset. A cozy fire pit and grill are right outside your front door, and if the weather keeps you inside - then enjoy a movie and electric fireplace. Don't forget to say hello to the adorable goat greeters!

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Room for 6-8 guests in our 3 bed, 2 bath cottage. You won't forget your stay on the prairie.
