The Observatory Loft is a sunlit third-floor loft in the Grand Traverse Commons, one of Traverse City’s most distinctive places to stay. Step out the door to cafés, wineries, shops, and miles of forest trails, then come home to soaring ceilings, oversized historic windows, a premium king bed, and a proper kitchen you can actually use. Downtown, the bay, and wine trails are minutes away. We designed this loft the way we’d design our own home, down to the last detail.

Sunrise Lane is the OG - the first home built by Hygge Supply. The home sits on a tranquil stretch of preserved wetland that leads to lakeside access to stunning Lake Leelanau. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to feel one with the outdoor surroundings. Views of tamarack trees, cattails, and wetland flowers, the wildlife thrives on this protected piece of property, so expect to see deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fireflies, and an occasional bobcat sighting.

Modern Historic Firehouse in TC

Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking and fiber internet on-site. The space embraces the history and architecture of the building with its large windows, 10’ ceilings and exposed brick while introducing clean and modern furnishings for a comfortable atmosphere.

Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The cabin's contemporary design features an open floor plan, and the house is designed around the property's natural setting to provide a 270-degree view of Grand Traverse Bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer a sense of being close to nature in all seasons, and the wrap-around porch extends the living space outdoors.
