The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

Luxurious Firehouse Apartment in Downtown TC

Step away from cookie-cutter condos and into an extraordinary living space. The Firehouse One Building was the first Fire Station in the city, constructed back in 1891 and thoughtfully renovated in 2022. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the largest of 6 beautiful vacation rentals in the building. With 12 foot tall ceilings accented with hand hammered tin and floor to ceiling brick walls throughout, this incredible loft can comfortably accommodate 8 overnight guests.

Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking and fiber internet on-site. The space embraces the history and architecture of the building with its large windows, 10’ ceilings and exposed brick while introducing clean and modern furnishings for a comfortable atmosphere.
