Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. Offering its own private Hot-Tub, sauna, and fire pit along a creak, this property is one of a kind! Our cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville which both offer lots of local shops and dinning. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!

The cabin is centrally located among world class hiking, biking, and breweries. There are virtually no mosquitoes, and our microclimate makes this area significantly cooler than Asheville. There’s a ton of cool stuff to check out, and a clean, contemporary space to come home to. The cabin was a former artists’ retreat, it has an open floor plan, high ceilings, crisp AC, and Netflix. Stock up on fresh, local beer, produce and moonshine and make some memories :)
