I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Me and my family had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The place is near town center where you can do your grocery and shopping. The accommodation is clean and spotless. Dean is helpful and responsive that even near midnight he came to sort out one minor issue. I highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. Easy place to find and the location was very good. The walk to the high street was nice and the journey to town did not take too long either. The apartment is spacious and modern and the smart tv was very easy to use and connect to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We were very late booking this place, but Pearl responded within minutes and accommodated us on a very short notice. We were given tips on where to eat and where to visit. Lovely cosy place within easy reach of all the local Pubs and restaurants. Will come back again.
