Shady Oaks Cottage by the Winery

Two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by oak trees. This Texas Hill Country gem is surrounded by Fredricksburg, Llano, Burnett and Marble Falls where you can spend the day antique shopping, and the evenings relaxing on your private deck. The cottage is around the corner from Fall Creek Winery, ride a bike over and picnic at one of Texas's finest winery. The cabin is quiet with two waterfalls and a fire pit for an evening under the stars. A "big" Scrabble Board in the garden for you to enjoy a quick game. Lake Buchanan is less than five minutes away by car. The lake is known for its abundance of Striper and Hybrid bass fishing. Feast on the best Barbeque in the world. Six state parks are within a thirty minute drive. Most are great for hiking, fishing and boating. The Llano River is just five minutes away and it is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Enchanted Rock State Park is nationally known for its hiking and rock climbing and only a thirty minute drive. The house is situated in the most opptimum location for avid hunters that come to the area, Llano County is known as the Deer Capital of the world. Our neighborhood is very quiet...very safe. Say hello to our neighbors as they drive by (its far and few between).

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres w/Lake Travis shoreline. A pastoral sunrise view towards the lake begins the day. Central A/C, clawfoot tub/shower, cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, relax in the shade of the aged oak at the cove (1/4 mile across the field). Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours.

Country charm

Charming cabin style home located out in country setting. This home offered a spacious one bedroom with queen bed and queen blowup mattress if needed, one bath, full kitchen and utility room. Hangout outside and take in that country air swinging in the hammocks or gaze at the stars by the fire pit. The home offers a nice big yard for those bringing family or pets. If you like the outdoors Spider Mountain Bike and Revelle Peak Ranch are just right around the corner.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
