Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

The best apartment ever. We've been there for 5 days. We had pretty good experience at all times there. We lost the keys and they moved so fast and give us help. Online help works all the time and ready to make our trip better, so fast replies.

Excellent. Great views, 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was useful. 9kg washing machine, well kitted kitchen. had towels, Inc beach towels so no need to carry out in luggage. secure. location was amazing, right opposite beach, near Old Town. balcony was unreal. highly recommended 👌

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea after a day of sightseeing. We’d absolutely recommend it to families traveling with children.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Gema en Ivan. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons direct welkom. Het huis is volledig ingericht voor een kort of heel lang verblijf. Een gezellige woonkamer, een complete keuken, ruim voldoende slaapruimte en geweldige terrassen. En dat allemaal midden in de natuur. De prachtige omgeving trekt wandelaars en fietsers. Playa la Granadella is op slechts 2 minuten loopafstand te bereiken en geliefd bij kajakkers. Voor de supermarkt of boulevard heb je wel een auto nodig maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem.

todo muy bien, era como en la fotos estábamos 4 personas y muy cómodos todos. La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros con muy buena comunicación con ella. sin duda repetiré con ella cuando vuelva a valencia

Bungallow 5 min walk to Beach and MET

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.
