Top O' Th Hill Farm - Grounding in Nature

‘Top O' Th Hill Farm’ is nestled on the infamous 'Hill Street', home to ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ characters, Howard, Pearl and Clegg. The grade II listed farm dates back to 1700 and offers an authentic, cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful location grounding in nature above the sleepy village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth on the edge of the Peak District.

The Bunker (Holmfirth’s hidden gem) with parking!

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

A beautiful characterful cottage in a peaceful location next to the river in the heart of Holmfirth and is the perfect place to relax and a short stroll to independent shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. There’s plenty to do with popular folk, art, film, food festivals or why not book a wine tasting tour of Holmfirth Vineyard or catch a gig at the Picture Drome. Also a walking and cycling enthusiast's paradise with the Peak District National Park, Pennine Way and moorland on your doorstep.

This is a beautiful modern self contained studio space that is attached to a barn conversion. This provides a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for cooking. It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk. You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive
