It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Apartamento situado en la misma playa y con acceso directo. Completamente reformado con una decoracion nórdica muy iluminado y con vistas directas al mar. Todas las comodidades aire acondicionado,calefacción,tv satélite,wifi,microondas ...... En la zona cuenta con supermercado,restaurante,pizzeria,chiringuito de playa con magnificas sardinas y pulpo seco. A 300mt esta la marisqueria el "rubio"imprescindible ir...de lo mejor de la zona a un precio que te sorprendera.

Impresionante apartamento de dos dormitorios situado en las afueras de Nerja con vistas panorámicas de 180º al mar orientado al sur. Situado en una zona idílica y tranquila de la costa en una posición elevada. Dentro de las zonas comunes hay una gran piscina exterior 'infinito' y una piscina interior con sauna ( abierta octubre a marzo) y gimnasio todos con orientación sur. Zona de picnic y equipo de ejercicio exterior. Aparcamiento subterráneo seguro.

Estupendo Apartamento de nueva construcción ubicado en Torrox Pueblo a cien metros del casco histórico, a cinco minutos en coche de la playa, muy cerca de las instalaciones deportivas del municipio, de la piscina pública, de bares, restaurantes y negocios locales. Tiene maravillosas vistas al mar Mediterráneo. Posee un salón comedor diáfano, cocina totalmente equipada, dormitorio doble de gran tamaño y un baño.
