The rental is a separate cottage apartment in the front section of the house (~ 1000 sq. feet). There are no shared rooms so you'll have the entire place to yourself. The property borders Taughannock Falls State Park and Taughannock Gorge, with the tallest single-drop waterfall east of the Rockies right across the road.
