I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property, and it exceeded all my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet conveniently located near local attractions and dining options. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is stocked thoughtfully, well maintained and located close enough to get to downtown easily but also shielded from the traffic. Laura was super responsive and communicated proactively.

Jaydn and Stan are stellar hosts, and their “Carriage House” apartment is beautifully constructed and appointed. Thoughtful details - such as a complimentary bottle of wine, muffins, fruit and a “s’mores kit” - added to an already wonderful and welcoming arrival. The Carriage House was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, and the bathroom linens were nice quality and abundant. The grounds were very pretty and well kept, and we especially liked the back patio and fire ring. We thought the location of the Carriage House was excellent, with the privacy and beauty of its countryside setting, but yet its close proximity to the Black Diamond multi-use trail (literally less than a quarter-mile away), Taughannock Falls State Park, the city of Ithaca and all it has to offer, and the Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway. What a great trip we had; we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Jaydn and Stan!

Sylvia's place was very pleasant, as always. The spacious two bedroom is comfortable, pristine, and complete. -- Very comfortable layout, firm and restful mattresses, excellent kitchen, etc.

Great spot, modern and clean. Easy walk to downtown Ithaca. Great location. Host was helpful and instructions were easy to follow.

The place was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The location is directly across the road from Ithaca College, so it couldn't have been more convenient for our needs. Jack was very responsive and quite accommodating. A+ hosting.

Loved this place, in a safe neighborhood with walking areas, very cute inside! Lots of amenities. Will come back

We booked so we had a place to stay while we helped our daughter move in to her college dorm. Our family of four was very comfortable - everyone had their own room and MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean and organized space. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen but there were plenty of recommendations for eating out. Josh was quickly communicative and responsive when we had questions. Though they live on the top floor of the house, our privacy was totally respected. I would definitely consider staying again!

The place was very clean and well designed. the view was gorgeous and the area was quiet. close enough to downtown but far enough to be peaceful.

This home is absolutely an amazing view!! The quiet surroundings with all the deer and birds was spectacular! Sue and Mick were by far over the top with their hospitality and made us feel right at home! We were never lacking for anything as the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor accessories were a huge plus! We will definitely rebook again!!

Great location to explore Ithaca and the surrounding area. Plenty of space and good outdoor areas as well. It was great to hear the creek in the back of the house as well!

We had a great stay at Brittney’s house. The place is easy to find and well appointed. The beds were so comfortable! (I always appreciate that in an Airbnb!) The place is a lot bigger than it seemed and we enjoyed the space. It was walkable to the Commons and parking was no problem.

This unit was very clean and cozy. There were a lot of extra towels, which was great for our party of 5. Beds were comfortable as well. The host was also very accommodating and let us park our car for a little extra time after we checked out. Only thing to be aware of, is it is an old home with old quarks. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms were a bit loose and the upstairs floors are very creaky. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay again!

My roommate and I and our 2 dogs traveled 3 days cross country to address some family challenges in Ithaca. We were so blessed to be able to find respite in Mary's lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and our dogs loved exploring on walks. The fenced in yard was a godsend with 2 dogs. Mary was incredibly kind and communicative. I hope to return one day under better circumstances but am so grateful to have had a peaceful, cozy oasis during tough times.

The house is perfect for a short or long stay in Ithaca. You're in the country, but about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Well laid out, and the kitchen has everything you'd need, and then some. We'll be back when in the area again.

Maxime was great - very polite and attentive host, and the house was perfect for our needs, very well equipped and comfortable. Also a great view of Cayuga lake. The location is ideal for Cornell/Ithaca (so long as you have a car). Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Trax restaurant. It was easy driving to Cortland. Our host responded quickly and fully to anything we needed. I highly recommend Megan's place.

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

This was exactly what we needed for a short stay visiting our daughter at SUNY Cortland. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful view and peaceful setting! Brenda was thoughtful, friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our messages back and forth. Loved the kitchen, amenities and snacks! Great sitting area inside and out. Nice size bedroom on second floor, updated bathrooms on first and second floor. Large loft on third floor with additional beds using the spiral staircase to enter. Great neighborhood to walk our pup. Brenda also had a dog dish for Abby. Carver’s Steakhouse was great! Sat outside with our pup there, too. Thankful for a wonderful time! Can’t wait to stay again.
