Burrow Hill Cottage is a pet friendly Rural property in a very peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills AONB. The perfect getaway to chill and relax. It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes and a pub are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.
