This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time at Julie’s place!! We were able to check in hours before the stated check in and the process was super easy. The house was nice and clean when we got inside and was well equipped with everything we needed! There was beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach games, etc. and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials, salt pepper olive oil, lots of dishes and cooking utensils which made it feel so comfortable and homey. The location is absolutely incredible. Literally like 50 ft from the ocean and felt very private. We went during a prime spring break week and still found the beach to be basically empty most days and felt very private. The place is also steps away from Taco City which was super fun to enjoy after a long day at the beach. And a nicer restaraunt was just a 5 min walk if you’re looking for something a little fancier. This place was incredible and I’m so happy we found it. Thanks so much Julie!! Will definitely be coming back next year!

We enjoyed staying at Erin’s place. Close to the beach and comfortable.

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Fabulous spot for people who love walkable neighborhoods and VERY close proximity to the beach! Super close to SO much to do including restaurants and shopping. The place is equipped with everything you need for a beach day! Connie was super responsive and flexible. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!!

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Sonya’s place was perfect for our getaway weekend for a wedding! It was our first time traveling with our 2.5 month old, and I could not recommend this place more. It was extremely peaceful, beautiful view of the ocean, quiet location, cozy details throughout the home, and great communication. There was also a pack and play in the closet and blackout curtains in the space so you can let in as much as little light as you’d like! We were able to watch the sunrise from the room, which was so convenient. Sonya went above and beyond with her communication and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. We’d definitely recommend if you are coming to the area!

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Great stay! Perfect location and nice house. It was roomier than expected. Very comfortable for two couples. The backyard was a nice bonus space. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Big laundry room and garage and included lots of beach gear. Diego was extremely responsive.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Wonderful stay at Erich’s house. Love the proximity to the pool and beach as it allowed us to go back and forth so easily. And the deck was well used. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

We absolutely loved staying here the night before our cruise. The house is so unique and fun themed. We loved all the seating in the kitchen. The master bedroom slept my husband & I plus our 4 & 2yr old in the bed, as well as my brother and sister in the bunkbeds. Our kiddos absolutely loved the pool! Us parents highly appreciated all of the kid friendly touches in the home from the kid plates to the step-stool in the bathroom and highchair in the closet. It made staying away from home way easier. We admired the one of kind counter tops and bathroom theme. This house felt very at home, it is not boujee, I mean that in the best way! Blankets were clean and soft, we slept great. We would totally stay here again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille! La vue sur l’océan est magnifique et l’accès direct à la plage privé est génial! Nous avons pu manger dans de bons restaurants pas loin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reprendrions assurément ce logement pour un autre séjour au même endroit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

This was my first AirBnB and it was perfect. Looked just like the photos. Clean, bright and had everything we needed from all beach supplies to kitchen supplies. I was worried about not having a toaster or coffee maker and there was plenty. The location was perfect — quiet, everyone kept to themselves, clean and the beach was near empty. Ashely was incredibly responsive and flexible which I appreciate. It was amazing and I’m so grateful.

Great location. Easy access to beach. We were lucky we could check in early and use the beach that day. Good communication with Lori and she had everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy and Sheri’s! We were looking for a few days of relaxation after our first trip to Disney. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Just a few steps from the beach, was great for our kids and our tired feet. Condo was stocked with all of the beach essentials- adult and kid chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, shovels, buckets, beach games, towels, etc! Excellent communication, clean , comfy beds, beautiful beach (check out rocket launch schedules!), quick drive to restaurants, grocery, mini golf etc. Would love to return!

Would stay here again. The host/owner thought of everything and every detail to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds and furniture. Castle Reef has the best amenities and close to great restaurants and historical Flagler as well as the national park with wonderful boardwalks. Pool is heated. Beach is amazing. Breeze and view from balcony is very nice with gardens paths and sitting areas. Also bathrooms by the pool!! Highly recommend!
