Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

This recently updated farmhouse is beautifully spacious and accommodating with bright decor and superb touches throughout. Set 1km from the beautiful town of Graiguenamanagh at the foothills of Brandon, packed with fun and adventure to suit any age group ( canoeing, hiking, beautiful walkways, cycling and so much more). The town is host to the beautiful Duiske Abbey and many more events and activities throughout the year. It is situated on the river Barrow and is in a very central location.

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

We are in close proximity to a number of 18 hole golf courses and a par 3 for the novices.In Graiguenamanagh we have canoeing plus other water sports with "Pure Adventure "on the river Barrow, Bike Hire to explore the beautiful countryside which surrounds us ,Hill Walking on the Blackstairs Mountain Range and Brandon Hill we also have beautiful walks along the River Barrow, Pottery Making, Horse Riding also in the area are a number of soft play areas for Children.

"Town House" is located just a short walk from Borris House and the Step House Hotel. The property is surrounded by beautiful parkland, river walks and scenic countryside views. Despite the peaceful setting, the house is very central with pubs, shops, bank and church all within walking distance. Aunt Maggie's Cottage is located 50 meters from The Step House Hotel, Borris House and is close to Mount Leinster. This beautiful cottage which was built pre 1860 has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and has all the modern conveniences you require while still retaining it's unique and special charm. The cottage will suit anybody attending a wedding or an event in The Step House Hotel, Borris House or visiting the surrounding area.
