Country Cottage South with Kitchen, Close to Town

Peaceful seclusion in the country- 5 miles to downtown, 6 miles to SFA. 400 square feet cottage, parking at your door, long distance views, lots of land, private porch, full-size appliances, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in nearby wash house, WIFI, 2 TVs with 170 satellite channels, dog(s) only - (limit two, under 50 lbs). Safe boat/trailer parking with outlet. A late check out time may be arranged (for small fee). Possibly can unblock needed dates. Perfect for long term stays.

DeeDee's B&B

Much more than an overnight stay, this is an experience. Come to the country to get away from it all. Enjoy the great outdoors in this quaint little cabin that allows outdoor relaxing under a fully covered porch. Catch a fish, roast a s'more or pet a goat. Golf cart available for touring around. Glamping at its best. Finally had to give in to technology and add WIFI for guests (free) and added a cell phone booster as well for better outside communication when needed. Pool is now available.

Loft in the Woods

This home is nestled in a very secluded location on my rural family farm. Surrounded by trees, the home is well shaded and full of natural sights and sounds. The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

Couples Retreat-Pool House @ Lake kayaks, hot tub

Located just west of historic Nacogdoches on Lake Nacogdoches. The comfortable space for two sits behind our main house surrounded by pool, hot tub, fire pit and more. Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town.

This rustic, yet elegant guest house is located in the heart of Carthage. Looking for a romantic getaway? We’ve hosted anniversary couples, honeymooners, and even a proposal! It’s also a restful stop on a trip or a great place to unwind. Go shopping at the quaint downtown stores or just stay in the cozy house and watch movies on the big screen. Speaking of movies, Bernie was made about a famous criminal who worked at the funeral home next door. Come explore the infamous small town!

Tiny House Oasis: Nature Escape

Escape to nature in our 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home near Nacogdoches. This pet-friendly retreat provides a peaceful blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in seclusion, relish total privacy amid nature and wildlife. The road to Nacogdoches is mainly paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. Sleeps 4 with the full size futon in the den.

The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

The Redbud~luxury lakefront cabin, sleeps 4

On beautiful Lake Naconiche, just steps away from the water, this two bedroom cabin has a full kitchen and living area and unbelievable views. It’s located just down the road from the Lake Naconiche Park and boat ramp. Our property features a gated entry and private dock. We also have fire pits and kayaks for our guests to enjoy. Whether you’re looking for a quick getaway or going on a fishing trip, this is the spot for you!

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
