This was a great place to come back to after spending an evening at Red Rocks Amphitheater. 15 minute drive was reasonable and the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and numerous accommodations of this Airbnb!

Colton's home was pristine! This place is loaded with modern finishings, and in a great location! It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Check-in was easy, and we had everything we needed at the home. Couldn't recommend more. Thanks, Colton!

We had an amazing stay! Martin gave great instructions and recommendations. He even reached out hours prior to check in to let us know our air bnb was ready and offered early check in! It was extremely easy to park and get our room keys. The building staff was so kind. The room was spotless and everything was labeled for us. Our group was so impressed by the guest book that Martin created with information about the air bnb and local recommendations. The air bnb is close to everything! We had a car, but we ended up walking most places. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

Judy’s house was perfect for us (6 adults/teens & 2 dogs)! We loved: •Judy’s thoughtfulness & great communication (we were in the area early and Judy accommodated our needs) •Neighborhood is safe & quiet (you can easily walk your dog) •Location, location, location! Judy’s house was close to everything we wanted to do - Loveland ski slopes (great for beginners), Boulder, Lair o’ the Bear Park (dog friendly) •We appreciated the thoughtful touches like dog bed, bowls and waste bags •We loved the ArganOil shampoo & conditioner, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, & bottle of PooPourri in each bathroom •The touch thermostat! •Our teens loved foosball, disc golf & the games in front closet •2 living rooms made it easy to spread out •We all loved big backyard! in winter, you can see mountains when standing on back patio (note: there’s a hole in NE side of fencing a small dog can fit through) •Driveway easily accommodates 2 cars •Fun vintage decor! (note: pull kitchen drawers from underneath)

We had a family vacation and stayed at Jeremy’s Airbnb, which was absolutely perfect. We had high expectations when booking and those expectations were not let down! He was very responsive and quick at that. The house was clean, organized, and guest ready. Not to mention only about 20 mins to any good food places, and or grocery stores plus gas stations. Just very convenient over all. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

Stunning Stone Home Near Pearl, Trails, Chautauqua

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and unique home. It has a lot of character and there was so much thought put into the furnishings and decor that it was just interesting to walk around the house and take it all in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside patio was also great but with a cold spell during our stay we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. We were able to get to hiking trails, CU and Pearl St all within about a walk of a mile or less. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely plan to come back next year.

The house is spacious (inside and outside), beautifully decorated, and in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Denver. Being next to the park was perfect for walking our chocolate lab. Jennie was a magnificent host making our stay care free and most enjoyable, including a special welcome. We hope to come back again!

Justin’s place was the perfect stay for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. He was on top of every little detail, responded immediately to any question we had, and even let us have a Hibachi chef come by to cook one night. The location is perfect and walkable to all kinds of great things - and all the best parts of Denver are 5-10 minutes away.

4 Story Modern Townhome in heart of Jefferson Park

Julie's place was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space for myself and two friends. The rooftop deck was fantastic for relaxing with coffee in the morning and evening lounging. Centrally located so easy access to downtown Denver, but also close to cute neighborhoods. Would stay there again!

Julie's place was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had lots of space to spread out. It was walking distance from many restaurants and breweries. Julie herself was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely stay here next time we're in Denver!

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. It was my first time in Colorado and wanted to be somewhere between Boulder (to visit a friend) and Denver. Sue’s apartment in Lafayette was perfect! Close enough to the small downtown area with restaurants and shops and a rec center to work out at. The apartment is perfectly located, private, comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay here again for my next visit 😊

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.
