Charming home, lots of character. Kid friendly, and within walking distance of a park and grocery store. Host was very gracious and helpful when things broke, or needed maintenance. We would recommend this stay to anyone who does not require wheelchair access, and who is comfortable with proximity to trains. TLDR Beautiful, comfortable, clean, not wheelchair accessible and conveniently located!

Second time staying for a work trip to the Quad Cities; great location and great property.

We enjoyed staying at Casey’s condo. It was clean, new, spacious and very nicely appointed! We were in town for our great niece’s high school graduation party and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus our 2 dogs and also for a family gathering Saturday evening. Good neighborhood in which to walk the pups. We had a problem with internet service being out, but we texted Casey and she responded right away and came up with a solution. The unit is on upper level, but no stairs within the condo once you enter the living space. Also, the staircase is wide with good handrails. 2 elderly people in our family gathering had some difficulty with the climb, but were able to come up. Very nice place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Bettendorf.

Six of our employees stayed at Jame's place, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and James was very friendly and proactive. Definitely would recommend if you are in the area!

Our stay was great -- we had a bit of trouble on entry, however, simply due to the fact that I am not a "cell-phone" person, and did not expect to require instruction on opening the lockbox to get the key. Judy was great, though, and responded very quickly. The apartment was spacious, quiet and quite "homey." My husband was a bit skeptical at first, but did change his mind after settling in and was very pleased with the accommodations. Judy provided some delicious snacks and unexpected personal items, and we had a very nice stay.

We enjoyed they stay at the hidden gem. The accommodations were very nice and as expected. The host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible as we had to change our original booking date. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very nice and cozy place, rooms are bigger than expected and very clean, comfortable beds. Sara was helpful and responsive. Will definitely go back!
