Luxury studio guest carriage house in Historic Downtown Franklin, a block and a half off Main St. High end finishes and professionally decorated. Perfect for couples or families with small children. Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Open and cozy private studio apartment, walking distance to Downtown Franklin. Less than a mile to the square with sidewalks across the street. Built in 2018, it is completely separate from our main house. Keyless entry, 50" TV, Keurig, coffee and water provided. High Speed Internet. Come and enjoy the small town feel of Historic Franklin Tennessee. We also have Ford Bronco available through TURO. Uber from the airport and enjoy! Cabin with Porch, Sunrise Views & Musical Roots

With stunning 20 mile views of the hills of Tennessee plus the surrounding woods, this is the perfect place to rest and disconnect. The cabin was built decades ago by the manager of a famous country music artist. It has played host to country music royalty with the likes of Waylon Jennings, Alan Jackson, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson and many others. These legends spent countless evenings on the church pew on the front porch picking, grinning and drinking moonshine.
