Trails Head Tiny House

BURN BAN IN EFFECT. As of now we cannot allow any outdoor fires or use of wood stove. Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Romantic Agrihood Getaway Bungalow-Fireplace/WiFi

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. For a low key weekend, hang out by the fireplace playing some records and cooking a meal.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Catskill Getaway Suite

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.

The Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, year-round listing with an eat-in kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to two full beds there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room to accommodate up to 8 guests. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV.
