Cherished Haus is a completely restored 1890's Italianate home. It was lovingly restored by a very special man, my dad. Newly equipped with high end appliances and finishes, Cherished Haus is a short drive from downtown Honesdale’s Main Street boutiques and eateries, and is convenient to area restaurants, Lake Wallenpaupack, and other local attractions. It is also centrally located to large box stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store, making it easy to pick up the essentials for your stay.

Cozy Hudson Valley Retreat | 1800s Farmhouse

Come relax at our lovingly restored historic 1873 Marlboro Farmhouse centrally located between Beacon, New Paltz, Kingston, and West Point; and close to many local farms, orchards, wineries, and fantastic hiking trails. The farmhouse is split into three separate and private units. This listing is for the spacious 1400sq. ft 2 BR/2.5 bath unit that occupies the private second floor. This is NOT a party house. The only guests allowed on the property are the ones listed on the reservation.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? This roomy, modern and immaculate apartment is situated conveniently near town, but far enough away that you can enjoy the countryside. Enjoy the view of the pond and sounds of nature. A one bedroom that sleeps six with three queen beds in separate rooms divided by doors. (Please note the listing price is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night). We are 6 min to Middletown, 18 min to Legoland, 21 min to Wallkill, 49 min to Warwick and just under one hour to Patterson, NY.
