The airbnb is in a lovely location with a view to the pond. The place has all amenites and it is super clean. Hosts are very friendly. They also recommended us a good restaurant nearby. I recommend!

A special mention to Sunil sir, our host, who was incredibly helpful, caring, and kind-hearted. He ensured that everything was taken care of, making my stay smooth and hassle-free. We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was perfect, really close to KIMS, which made things so much easier for us. A big thanks to Renjith—he was so understanding and helpful throughout our stay!

Jasmin 's stay was just as described. peaceful, within a gated community and very easy to access through Uber. In fact most of our commutes were through Uber. Her parents who live downstairs are extremely friendly and responsive. If you are on the lookout for a budget and peaceful stay, this is definitely your choice 🤗

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans le logement de Guru mais avons fort apprécié son sympathique accueil et la qualité de son logement. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, proche de tous commerces. Le logement est confortable, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Hassle-free check-in and check-out make the stay even more convenient. The owner is super-friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good stay, nice views, decent rooms. Swimming pool was in maintenance so was not available for full stay. Overall decent stay. Thanks!
